Morning
GARDEN CLUB
OUREMBLEM
Our emblem is the Fringed Spider-Orchid Caladenia thysanochile, which is native to Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula. Currently endangered it has not been seen in the wild since 1990.
This orchid signifies the importance of environmental conservation, a core principle of The Mt Eliza Morning Garden Club. Below is a link to more info from the Australian Government or download info about this and other endangered Fringed Spider-Orchids.
